“A language without umlauts sounds monotonous, harsh, and boring.”

The title for this post is a sort of dialectal sentence which in correct spelling would be “I ån är en ö” = “There is an island in the stream/river”. Not my making, a rather well known little “game”.

Just when I typed that it is very like Dolly’s and Kenny’s hit. But they do not have umlauts.
